Season two of “Ghost Mine” premieres Wednesday night on Syfy. The season premiere will be preceded by an hour-long special “Ghost Mine: Back on the Mountain.” The special, hosted by Adam Copeland (“Haven”), will have the gold miners and the paranormal investigators sitting around a campfire reminiscing about the first season and will include never before scenes from season one.
The “Ghost Mine” series brings together gold miners and a pair of paranormal investigators, Kristen Luman and Patrick Doyle, at the Crescent Mine near Sumpter, Oregon. As the miners hunt for gold, the paranormal investigators hunt for ghosts and explanations to mysteries they uncover at the mine and surrounding areas.
TV ghost hunting fans will have more episodes to enjoy this season with 12 all new hour-long episodes. (Season one had only six episodes.) Viewers can expect to see a new revamped version of RIPA (Remote Investigator of Paranormal Activity) as well as some new techniques and gear to be unveiled during the new season.
Tune in to the Syfy Channel Wednesday night at 9 p.m. (EST) for the “Ghost Mine” special followed by the season two premiere.
