Ghost Hunting as a Hobby (Video)

So…you want to be a ghost hunter, but are not quite sure where to start. Maybe you have had that itch for some time, and have decided that now is the time to make a move. Possibly you are a fan of paranormal television, and while not quite ready to make a commitment personally to step into that realm, you still have questions…lots of questions.

In just little under a month you will have that opportunity.

Ghost Hunting as a Hobby will be presented Saturday, April 20th in the Event Room of the Metropolis Mall in Plainfield, Indiana. This session covering the nooks and crannies of paranormal investigation will be an all day class—starting at 9:00 AM and wrapping up at 5:00 PM.

There are only 20 spots available... not only for those new to the field, but also those who are simply curious and seeking a venue to have their questions answered. Participants are required to be at least 18 years of age.

The symposium is an introduction to the field of paranormal investigation with an emphasis on logically considering all of the variables and applying scientific methodology to reach a conclusion.

Class participants will study different factors of paranormal activity, including a typical case study of a “haunting.” The process of a thorough investigation will be covered along with the selection of basic equipment needed. The Saturday event will prepare you for your first ghost hunt and give you the tools to be successful. Open discussion, instruction, and experience sharing are all building blocks that will make up the day.

Ghost Hunting as a Hobby is being presented by Forgotten Time LLC, a Danville, Indiana based business that specializes in many faucets of Indiana’s past. They offer the services of educational classes, haunted and historical tours, event planning, and overnight adventures.

Another class will be offered on Saturday, May 18th at the same location. Tickets will go fast—don’t be left out!
