If you believe in ghosts and I mean truly believe in their existence, chances are you have tried to prove that paranormal activity exists to others. Or maybe you have a theory that ghost exist, but want to gather evidence to prove to yourself you are not going crazy. Trust me. You are not going crazy. There is an entire paranormal world which co-exists with the living. You just have to know where to look.
So, this brings be to the question in the title: “How do I confirm paranormal activity?” Well, there is no one true answer for this, but let’s take a look at some of the more popular ways to confirm ghosts really do exist.
Seeing is Believing
The number one sign that confirms paranormal activity is if you actually see apparitions. Though you cannot always trust your eyes, seeing a ghost more than once, is a good sign of activity. Ghosts can appear as dots, blobs or even show parts of their body, including head or upper body. Rarely do ghosts show themselves in full apparition form. If you seen a apparition, I would say that is confirmation of paranormal activity.
Temperature Shifts
Another good sign (but can sometimes be caused by something else) If you find yourself encountering random hot or cold spots in a room in an area where you already suspect a ghost to be in. Sudden cold chills for no reason could be another sign.
Strange Happenings
You can not use this as a sole-belief paranormal activity exists, however experiencing strange happenings is a good indicator paranormal activity is in the area. Strange happenings can be caused by a bunch of others things, including pets, kids and just plain being forgetful. You must pair these happenings with other evidence, including seeing objects move on their own or capturing the happenings on video.
Pressure Shifts
If you feel the pressure in a room change for no reason, this could be a sign. It is believed that pressure shifts occur when ghosts create an electrical current in the room. Signs of pressure shifts include your ears popping or experiencing stomach drop.
Kids and Pets
For some reason kids and animals are sensitive to the presence of paranormal activity. Kids will talk to imaginary friends or people. If a child or animal stares into space for no reason or become afraid to enter a room. Many animals will hide when they encounter ghosts.
These are just the top of the list for signs that confirm paranormal activity. Watch out for these, paired with one another or even other signs and you may just have proof of what goes bump in the night is truly a ghost haunting your home.
