Paranormal fans of the TV phenomenon “Ghost Adventures” do not want to miss the season 9 finale on Saturday night. Zak Bagans, lead investigator, took to his Twitter on Thursday to remind fans of the upcoming finale. The upcoming episode is titled “Old Licking Jail” and was filmed in Newark, Ohio. The finale is sure to shock and leave even the skeptics in a paranormal cloud of amazement and fear.

The Travel Channel listed a synopsis of the episode that states the investigation will take a detour when there are claims a spirit has followed someone home from the jail and is tormenting her family. Zak tweeted on Monday that the team is able to help with this “severe spirit attachment.” TV Guide states the lockdown will also look into the mysterious deaths of four sheriff deputies.

Season finales always leave fans wondering if more of their favorite shows will be back. “Ghost Adventures” announced earlier in the week they have been renewed for season 10. The new season is set to start airing this fall and filming is currently going on this week in Oklahoma.

Aaron Goodwin has posted many Instagram pictures from the downtown Oklahoma City area this week. Zak Bagans has tweeted many photos from the area as well. The crew stopped and paid respects at the OKC bombing memorial site yesterday, as evidenced by their posted pictures and comments.

While it’s clear the paranormal trio is in Oklahoma, the location of their latest lockdown remains a mystery. Zak has teased fans all week with tweets about the scariness of this location. At one point he even stated, “First time in history of #GhostAdventures Im offcially having serious second thoughts about a location. Do I want to mess with this?”

The investigation continued throughout the week and the terrifying lockdown took place Thursday night. Early Friday morning Zak sent out another tweet stating, “This is the most bizarre lockdown I’ve ever done in my life.... What in the F**K!!!!!!” What evidence was the crew able to gather last night? Was contact with the afterlife a success during this intense lockdown?

Pictures and a meeting with Ouija board expert Robert Murch indicate the board was used for this investigation. What advice did he give them and is this part of what created the bizarre, unforgettable night for Zak, Aaron and Nick? Don’t miss the new season this fall! In the meantime, to satisfy your ghostly addiction to “Ghost Adventures,” don’t miss the season 9 finale on the Travel Channel Saturday night, July 12, at 8 p.m. CST.
