"Ghost Adventures" host Zak Bagans' new documentary "Nether World" will be featured on the Travel Channel this weekend. The hourlong special airs on Bagans' birthday, this Saturday, The Las Vegas Sun reported yesterday.
"Nether World" will follow Bagans as he explores the mysteries, history, and culture of the catacombs in Paris. Bagans also announced yesterday that "Ghost Adventures" will be picked up for a tenth season returning this fall to the Travel Channel.
"Ghost Adventures" began as an independent documentary film that first aired on the Syfy Channel on July 27, 2007 and is currently on its ninth season on the Travel Channel. The series follows paranormal investigators Zak Bagans, Nick Groff, and Aaron Goodwin as they explore alleged haunted locations.
Bagans also recently started production on a documentary film that will feature the "Portal to Hell" house in Indiana. He also announced this week that a new "Ghost Adventures" spin off series will air on April 26. Bagans will host the new "Ghost Adventures: Aftershocks" series.
The Ghost Adventures crew has investigated over a hundred locations all over the world. In nine seasons of the show, Zak, Nick, and Aaron have helped to provide answers to people that have witnessed and experienced paranormal phenomena.
The Travel Channel's "Nether World" special airs on Saturday, April 5, at 9 pm
