Drama:
* Kristina was the result of a one night stand between Sonny Corinthos and Alexis Davis. Alexis knew that Sonny was the father but kept the paternity a secret because Sonny is in the mob and she feared for her daughter's safety. Alexis and then fiancee, Ned Ashton passed Kristina off as their child until the truth eventually came out and a custody battle ensued. Alexis was granted sole custody of their daughter.
* A young Kristina was traumatized when she witnessed her older sister Sam shoot Diego Alcazar. Kristina remained in a silent state for weeks.
* Kristina is currently in an abusive relationship with Kiefer Bauer.
