To lose someone can be numbing. The emotional overload can sometimes overtake even the most rational thinking. Yet, there is resolve. There is living beyond grief. But, you must not deny yourself the mourning process. Allow yourself to question, anger, open up and release. Please understand that closure within a situation is not whether or not you receive validation or physical confirmation from someone or something else. True closure is when you face your feelings, admit the grief, become transparent towards growth and determined to move forward.
When you lose something in your life, stop thinking it's a loss for you... it is a gift you have been given so you can get on the right path to where you are meant to go, not to where you think you should have gone. ~ Suze Orman
You can laugh and enjoy life again. You can move on better after a failed relationship. You can recreate yourself after a job disappointment. Being stuck is not an option. Staying in neutral while the world continues will only frustrate and deny you what your full potential can achieve. Do not fear the process of grieving. Face it. There is greatness before you longing to help others, love again and soar higher. Life is a beautiful journey filled with many hills and valleys. Nevertheless, life is worth living.
So, live on! Step by step ~ Bit by Bit ~ You Can!
