There are many natural home remedies you can use to help slow the aging process down. Eating fresh vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage and broccoli will help your whole body function better and help slow the aging process.

Some really great foods to eat for overall good health and to help look and feel younger are garlic which helps cell degeneration and ginger helps with digestion and cleaning the body of unwanted nasty toxins.

Tomatoes have lycopene in their skin pigment which helps to protect the body from certain types of cancers (prostate being one), eating tomatoes also help the skin by preventing wrinkles, or at least by slowing the aging process down to a slow crawl.

Red wine is a miracle drink that does wonders to help make a healthy body. By drinking a 4 ounce glass of red wine with your dinner meal everyday you can help lower the damage to your unhealthy cells.
