It’s started Buffalo: Fall. Although all of us hate what comes after autumn, it’s one of the most beautiful seasons in Buffalo. Fall means Halloween and pumpkins! And that also means the great pumpkin farm. Open now through November 1st, it’s a great place to spend some time with family and find your pumpkins to carve those scary faces. The festival is open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk located on Main St. in Clarence.
Last weekend was the great pumpkin weigh off and a dog sport comedy show, but there’s new events that go one every weekend. You can warm up inside the store with some hot apple cider; take a look at some old fashioned candy, and look amazed at the thousands of pumpkins. This weekend’s event is the pumpkin Olympics and the great pumpkin drop. Tickets are $5 and children under 3 are free. There’s mummy wrapping, petting zoo, pumpkin decorating, kids craft tent, oh and hay rides!
The great pumpkin festival is a great time for family and friends. There are pumpkins as far as the eye can see and a time to enjoy the autumn season. For directions you can look to the website or call (716) 759-8483 for weekend details.
