Get with the green

Green is in for spring, green makeup, that is. But how does an average girl wear green makeup without looking like an extra on Wicked?

Keep it subtle, my friends…and balance the color with neutrals. Green is best used as an eyeliner or just on the eyelid. Try TopShop Cream Shadow in Emerald, $14 at Try paring it with a light peach or bronze on the eyes.

Coral lipstick would pair nicely with green, and is a great color for spring. Try Sonia Kashuk Luxury Lip Liner in Nectar, $9 at Target.

Or, if you like green but not so much on your face…put it on your nails! Green nail polish is very Spring/Summer 2011. It’s easier to go bold with nail polish. And these nails are BOLD.

Check out MAC Nail Lacquer in Mischievous Mint, $14 from MAC, available at Nordstom at Easton Town Center.

Or go neon with Illamasqua Nail Laquer in Radium, $14, available at Sephora in Polaris Fashion Place.
