Animal lovers will have the chance to get in the Halloween spirit and enjoy a variety of fun activities while helping animals at the Pause 4 Paws Benefit “Harvesting Hope for Animals” Fall Benefit starting at 6 PM on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at Medina Entertainment Center, 500 Hwy 55, Medina, Minnesota.
Tickets are still available for the event, which will feature fun activities for both children and adults. Kids will be treated to face painting, a fair hair stylist, pumpkin decorating, art projects, a photo booth, and a balloon artist. Plenty of adoptable animals will be on-hand, as well as a performance by the CIC Disc Dog All Stars. Both kids and adults alike will be well fed from several food stations, as well as an ice cream bar.
Adults, especially sports fans, are in for a special treat. Current and former Vikings will be in attendance to meet guests, and those that splurge for a VIP ticket will have the opportunity to sit with one of these athletes. Celebrities at the event will also be playing games with attendees, giving them the opportunity to win fabulous prizes. For those that want to get a jump on early holiday shopping or just treat themselves or their loved ones, there are both silent and live auctions which offer great deals on a number of one-of-a-kind items. The KFAN Power Show will provide live entertainment.
Bring one of the many items from the Wish List, such as high quality cat and dog food, kitty litter, and dog chews, and receive raffle tickets for more chances to win fun take-home prizes. The Wish List can be found at http://pause4pawsmn.org/wish_list/.
