Barefoot Wine winemaker Jen Wall (aka Pinky Toe) has come up with another reason –other than the price tag and the taste – to drink her wine this summer.

"We are thrilled to introduce a new and refreshing wine option: Barefoot Refresh,” she said. “The four styles and flavors are an intriguing alternative for beer consumers and millennials, and are best served chilled and on the rocks.”

With a skinny $7 price tag, a signature fizz and around 9 percent alcohol, they are the all-day beverage.

Crafted from chenin blanc and Riesling, Barefoot Refresh Crisp White is the driest of the selections. It is crisp and bright with melon and fresh pear aromas and a big citrus finish.

Refresh Perfectly Pink – a blend of white grenache, chenin blanc and moscato – is the perfect choice for brunch on the patio. It has lively Mandarin orange and peach scents and raspberry and cherry flavors.

Welcome volleyball on the beach, bonfire nights and afternoon picnics with Barefoot Refresh Summer Red. Opening with orange blossom aromas, this is a surprising blend of pinot noir and moscato and crisp fresh berry flavors.

Barefoot Refresh Crisp Red is effervescent with cherry, raspberry and fresh apple aromas. This pinot noir and pinot grigio combination finishes with bright blood orange and lime.
