Job fairs are a valuable way to compare different companies and many times there are several openings within a company to consider.
Meeting the hiring managers face-to-face has more impact that any other communication. So make a good impression. Make a list of potential questions and answers, such as "what are your strengths and weaknesses?", "why should we hire you?", "what skills do you bring to the company?", etc.
This is also the time to network with other job candidates so allow some time to introduce yourself to others.
And good luck to all job seekers.
