Get ready for Israel Independence Day 2012!

You are invited to celebrate Israel Independence Day!

Mark your calendar for April 29, 2012 for the biggest and best-so-far celebration of Israel Independence Day. From 12:00-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, more than 1,000 people are expected to turn out for a day of festivities, including a show by Benji Lovitt, Israeli comedian and writer. The event will be held at Towson University.*

  • A festive Israeli-shuk of talented artists and
  • The voices of some of the areas best choirs
  • A raffle for two free tickets to Israel (thank you, El Al!)

At 2:00 p.m., Baltimore Hebrew Institute and Towson University’s Shoubin Lecture will sponsor a viewing of “Israel Inside,” a new, poignant and inspiring documentary exploring how a small nation makes a big difference. This includes a special guest appearance by the movie director!
