As anyone who’s interested in “StarCraft” probably already knows “Heart of the Swarm” is being released very soon March 12, 2013. Blizzard is throwing a day long online bash to tide everyone over until the release. You can watch everything on Twitch. Get ready because this event is going to span 20 hours and when it’s over you’ll be ready to play the expansion.
Follow the launch event with hashtag #SwarmLaunch the Blizzard broadcast will be worldwide. Launch parties will be held at Melbourne, Australia; Seoul, South Korea; Versailles, France; and Irvine, California and anyone is invited to come. Yet for those that aren't fortunate enough to live near one of those big cities than you can watch this special launch event online.
The’ Heart of The Swarm Global Invasion’ will not only be broadcast worldwide for 20 exciting hours but will be entertaining as well. Some of the best “StarCraft II” pro players will be playing in show matches shout casted by popular casters. But we've seen some glimpses of ‘HotS’ in show matches before so Blizzard will be bringing more to the party for its viewers.
Before the game is officially yours viewers can get familiar with the new features that ‘HotS’ will bring through demonstrations. Videos and community content will be shown for entertainment and remarkable prizes will be given away as well. The 20 hour long event is going down Monday, March 11, 2AM PST and you can watch the broadcast on Twitch.
