When I think of holidays, I think of leisurely brunches at the dining room table surrounded by family. Rather than fussing all morning in the kitchen, I like to do the prep work the night before. Then I can relax with my guests, savoring the food and conversation. Here’s an easy and inexpensive recipe for a breakfast main dish. Add fresh fruit, muffins, and your favorite beverage to round out the feast.
