Carly Bullock scored the game winner :38 into the second overtime to seal Blake's return trip to the title game. East Grand Forks cruised into the semifinals with a win over Litchfield/Dassel Cokato and held of St. Paul United to advance to their first final.

The 20th edition of the state girls hockey tournament wraps up at 7 PM with the Hill-Murray Pioneers and the Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights battling for the Class AA crown. The Pioneers return for their second shot at the title by extinguishing the Burnsville Blaze in the quarterfinals and needed only one goal from Kenzie Prater to beat the Eden Prairie Eagles. The top seeded Red Knights shut out the Roseau Rams in the quarterfinals and held off the Lakeville North Panthers in the semifinals. The same two schools battled for the 2012 Class AA boys hockey championship. There could be a lot of green in the X's same colored seats.
