Monday, February 3, 2014: Even if it seems counter intuitive, slow and steady is the best mantra for today. Be careful not to overindulgence, overspend, try to rush thing or take risks… these will only create more problems.

You’re in an extended time of learning about yourself and some days will be more difficult than others. So… consider any minor bumps on the road as reality testing your willingness to work for what you want.

If you’re consumed with anxiety… go for a run and then phone a friend, but keep in mind that we all live under the same sky… and everyone… to a greater or lesser degree… is feeling the same inner conflict and pressure as you.

Best advice for today: Get physical! Exercise can ease the symptoms of depression and anxiety. The docs even recommend that people suffering from depression or anxiety (or those who are just feeling blue) pencil in plenty of physical exercise. So… If you aren't up for a run, remember that exercise includes a wide range of physical activities. Even gardening, washing your car, or strolling around the block and other less intense activities can improve your mood.
