Nestled in the foothills in Saratoga, the charming annual festival returns and will feature vibrant live entertainment featuring Russian singers, dancers and musicians, Ukrainian dancers, delicious authentic Russian food and drink.
The mouthwatering Russian dishes include beef stroganoff, borscht, pelmeni, shashlyk, pirozhki, mazurka, golubtsy, vinagette, bliny, and many handmade desserts. The Russian culinary experience is not complete without sampling the Russian beer and vodka.
Vodka tasting will take place featuring several infusions creating different flavors. And a perfect finish to all the tasting is the Russian dessert – all made by hand.
