Join the Colorado Get Movin' Challenge! Starting August 1, LiveWell Colorado will begin its challenge to make Colorado the most active state in the United States. Not only can you benefit from the activity itself, but you can win prizes along the way!

The Colorado Get Movin' Challenge is completely free to participants! To begin, just go to www.getmovinchallenge.org to watch the short video featuring News7 anchor Christine Chang and Governor John Hickenlooper. Then click on the link to get registered.

After that, all you have to do is get at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day from August 1 through August 30, and log it on on the Get Movin' website. You can get ideas from the Challenge Ambassadors available on the site as well!

Top prizes include a free entry to Pedal the Plains, a Vail Epic Pass, a Fitbit, or a stay at a hotel in downtown Denver. Other prizes include shirts, hats, and infusible water bottles. Every week, participants will be drawn randomly to win items like heart rate monitors and King Soopers gift cards!

As of Sunday, 7/28, almost 4,000 participants are registered. Sign up now to join the fun and make August the best month yet for your fitness goals!

The Colorado Get Movin' Challenge is brought to you by LiveWell Colorado, and is supported by Kaiser Permanente, and the State of Colorado.
