Chamomile Tea

This tea has flowers that are full of flavonoids that releases the hormone serotonin. Serotonin is proven to help alleviate depression, improve memory and sleep.

Ginger Tea

Ginger tea will help to curb your hunger and make you feel full after a meal. Try dissolving a teaspoon of ground ginger into a glass of hot water.

Hibiscus Tea

The hibiscus flowers in this type of tea is loaded with Vitamin C, approximately 60 percent of the daily requirement in a single cup. Vitamin C helps to protect the body from diseases such as cancer, cataracts and heart disease.

Peppermint Tea

Peppermint tea has been widely used for the treatment of digestive disorders, menstrual pain and inflammation. It has an active medicinal ingredient called Menthol which is a cooling compound which when released causes the sensors in the body to feel cool. Thus this type of tea is highly recommended for fever reduction.
