Everyone woman wants that beautiful flawless skin. Thousands of women spend hundreds of dollars every month on products to enhance the beauty of their skin, when in reality those products (which could cause more bad than good) can be swapped out for some more budget friendly, not to mention more skin friendly-no chemicals- right from your kitchen.
First word of advice and many people will back this--Drink more water. It is true the more water you consume the more toxins are flushed out of your body and leave your skin with a healthy clearness. Have bad acne? Just drinking water and increasing your portions in antioxidant-rich fruits, veggies, and a supplement of Vitamins E and C will help clear some, if not all of that issue. Fruits and veggies such as black grapes and kale are awesome skin nourishing foods. Secondly, a few items that you have just sitting in your kitchen can immediately give you results. Check them off and gather them up:
- Lemon juice
- Pure Baking soda
Mix 1/4c sugar with 3-teaspoons of lemon juice and 1-teaspoon of honey. Mix, if the consistency is not what you want add a little more sugar to thicken or a little more honey or lemon juice to thin. Apply it to face in a circular motion, not too close to the eyes. You will begin to feel the blood circulating to your skin and dead skin cells swept away. Rinse with warm water and pat dry with a towel. You will immediately see the difference.
After you have cleaned your face with your normal routine facial cleanser, mix a paste of 3-teaspoons baking soda and 1-teaspoon water. Add a little more water for desired consistency. Apply to the face in circular motion, rinse with warm water.
