Looking for a D.C. holiday party that's a little more "glam gala" and a little less "government get-together?" The GlamourHolics team has just the event beauty and fashion junkies crave with its third annual Go Glam & Get Gorgeous Fashion & Beauty Holiday Bash.
This year's holiday affair will be held on November 18, from 7-11 p.m., at the Aloft Hotel in the D.C. National Harbor. Attendees will sample light fare and cocktails, mingle, shop and enjoy mini-runway shows from vendors including Cynirgie Culture by Design, Gen-XY, Lovii Cosmetics, Rockstar Mom and Ear Candy. They will also have the opportunity to attend beauty demonstrations and "how-to" sessions on topics such as holiday makeup, brow-defining, teeth whitening and getting glam quick.
The holiday soiree will be hosted by Glamourholics CEO "Glam" Stephens, a veteran fashion lover and the current scholarship chair for Fashion Group International, who shares her shopping savvy with clients during organized "Shopping Soirees." Her goal? To bring together fashion lovers, emerging designers, boutiques owners and affluent buyers who aren't afraid to put their shopping skills to practice.
