The VCM Foundation, which helps raise money for Valley Medical Center, is holding a fundraiser on February 24, 2012 at 7pm. The “Taste of California Gala” event will be held at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View and raise money for both the VMC Foundation and the Brain Injury Association of California.
Guests of the “Taste of California Gala” will be treated to exhibits housed at the Computer History Museum, a chance to play “Pong” on a giant screen television and also catch a sneak preview of the new film “Sanctioned Savagery: The Untold Story of American Football.”
The “Taste of California Gala” event will also include wine tasting from some of California’s finest wineries including House Family Vineyards, Guglielmo, Burrell School, Poetic Cellars and more. In addition to fine wine, guests will enjoy food from around the state prepared by Savory & Sweet Catering. There will also be organic cotton candy, sesame brittle and more exotic and sweet desserts to enjoy.
