Since time long humans have domesticated dogs not just for their easy domestication but also as a faithful friends. New studies recently has confirmed that dogs can be powerful motivators to get their owners moving. Now you would consider this walks not that equal to an exercise regime but alas no that is wrong. The researchers from Michigan State University reported that among dog owners who their dogs to walk around 60% met the federal criteria for regular moderate exercise.
