Get a body like Gwyneth with ‘Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis’

When Gwyneth Paltrow revealed her rock-hard bod in both Iron Man movies, she made headlines. And now she’s sharing the secret to her success: what she calls her ‘pint-sized miracle and the exercise genius of all time,’ celeb-trainer Tracy Anderson.

“I never thought that I’d be considered to have a good body; I was bony up top and kind of dumpy on the bottom,” Paltrow told SELF magazine recently. “But Tracy completely changed my legs, butt, arms and stomach. I feel better than ever, too.”

Paltrow believes so strongly in Anderson’s expertise that the two women have teamed up as business partners and are promoting a new program called ‘Metamorphosis,’ which they claim will transform your body and defy your genetics, giving devotees the body of their dreams.

“Tracy’s dream has always been to be able to make her ingenious customized-to-your-problem-areas program available to any woman who is up for the challenge,” said Paltrow in a recent newsletter from her health and well-being site, GOOP. “It’s pretty f’ing great 'cause it works!”

The 90-day program consists of nine different muscular structure workouts, plus a cardio component and a dynamic eating plan. Anderson keeps the mind and body engaged by switching up the exercises every 10 days, and there are four plans from which to choose, based on body type:

  • Abcentric – For those who gain weight in the mid-section and have a thick waist
  • Hipcentric – For those who have a small waist, big hips and big thighs
  • Glutecentric – For those who hold weight in the rear with a droopy, shapeless behind
  • Omnicentric – For those who don’t have a particular problem area or who gain weight all over

“After 12 years of customizing workouts for hundreds of women, I created a program taking the best sequences and most successful data from my work with private clients to give you an at-home workout that is as close to having me as your personal trainer as possible,” said Anderson. “What is so special about Metamorphosis is that it wakes up every woman’s accessory muscles and gets you started on a consistent and successful path to your ideal body.”

So just how well does Metamorphosis deliver on its promise of fundamentally altering the shape of your body in just 90 days?
