Germantown residents discover tasty lunch options at The Pie Folks

The Pie Folks have already established their reputation as a delicious source for homemade pies, cheesecakes and cupcakes, but many residents in the Germantown area are also discovering tasty lunch options on the menu. From Tuesdays through Saturdays, The Pie Folks offer homemade soups and chili on a rotating basis and fresh tuna or chicken salad sandwiches for the lunch crowd. The soup options include clam chowder, beefy vegetable soup, potato soup or broccoli soup.

Audrey Anderson, owner of The Pie Folks, began making pies in 2006, first selling to customers in the Whitehaven area. She then moved her business to Olive Branch and quickly became known for her Slap Yo Mama chocolate pie. Anderson’s creations have since been nominated for national awards and have been featured on Good Morning America.

The Pie Folks, located at 7781 Farmington Boulevard, Suite 103, in Germantown, offer a variety of delicious freshly baked treats for quick snacks, meals, weddings, birthday surprises, parties, business meetings, and family or holiday gatherings. Selections include Good Googa Mooga Pecan Pie, Cool Breeze Lemon Icebox Pie, Haywagon Ride Pumpkin Pie, Uptown Chocolate Chip Cheesecake, Hen House Egg Custard and Ape Wild Banana Cream Pie among many other options. All pies are sold whole, half, half and half and by the slice except sugar-free pies.
