A one year old black German Shepherd named Jett was struck by a car and suffered serious injury to his head and legs. Rescuers from the German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County (GSROC) were able to pick up Jett at the shelter to bring him under the rescue's care.

After receiving initial care from a Vet, Jett's treatment is estimated to cost $1700, and the rescue is hoping to do all they can to save his leg. According to GSROC, X-rays indicate no broken bones, but one of Jett's legs cannot carry any weight.

Donations towards Jett's vet care is tax-deductible and can be made online via FirstGiving. Click here to be routed to Jett's fundraising page.
