It's Viva Las Vegas for Sixt, the leading rental car company in Germany and much of Europe.

A new 3,000 square foot facility opened on Valentine's Day 2014 at the McCarran Airport, where it is renting a combination of fuel-efficient and sports performance models from German luxury brands BMW and Mercedes-Benz, along with Volkswagen, Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler sedans, wagons and sports cars.

The new Sixt rental outlet also has its own gas station, so you can save yourself the hassle of looking for a market-rate gas station before you return a rental, or pay ridiculously inflated refill rates charged by rental companies such as Hertz and Avis.

There's also free snacks and fresh brewed coffee while a the Sixt Concierge Service helps you with travel planning, including trips away from The Strip, including to the Grand Canyon or Bryce Canyon National Park a few hours drive away.

Sixt also is celebrating its new Las Vegas location with discounts up to 20% on convertible car rentals, valid for pick-up through March 31, 2014
