The “UFC Fight for the Troops 3” card is nearly complete after a second women’s bout was added to the card on Monday evening.
The UFC announced that Amanda Nunes (8-3) will take on Germaine de Randamie (4-2) in a bantamweight fight on Nov. 6 at Fort Campbell in Kentucky. It is unknown at this time where the bout will take place on the card but the main card and part of the prelims are expected to air live on FOX Sports 1.
De Randamie defeated Julie Kedzie in her UFC debut in July at UFC on FOX 8. Before that, the 29-year-old Dutch kickboxer went 2-1 in Strikeforce with her lone loss coming to Julia Budd.
Like de Randamie, Nunes was successful in her UFC debut in her home country of Brazil. The former Strikefore and Invicta FC veteran defeated Sheila Gaff by first round TKO at UFC 163 in August.
“UFC Fight for the Troops 3” is expected to be headlined by fight between former UFC light heavyweight champ Lyoto Machida and Tim Kennedy in the middleweight division. Also on the card, Rustam Khabilov will take on Jorge Masvidal and Seth Bacynski will take on Neil Magny.
