Paul Johnson's 2014 recruiting class is now in the books. The group includes a total of 22 players, including Lovejoy RB Travis Custis, who has been awaiting eligibility as an early enrollee at Tech.

This year's class breaks down into half in-state, and half out-of-state recruits, including one junior college transfer in defensive end Kenderius Whitehead out of Georgia Military College in Milledgeville.

With only three running backs, one quarterback, and two wide receivers, the current recruiting class has a more than apparent defensive feel.

Georgia Tech joined schools like Kentucky and UCLA in moving away from the antiquated fax machine for letters of intent, and accepted commitments via scanned or photographed electronic method.

The Yellow Jackets also broadcast their National Signing Day events on ESPN3.com for fans to view from home.
