Our Shining Star pets are available at a special adoption fee of $50. This fee includes spay/neuter surgery, disease testing for FeLV & FIV, age appropriate vaccinations up to the adoption date, deworming, flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention, 24Petwatch microchip, and 30 days of 24PetWatch Pet Insurance.

Adopting a pet from the Georgia SPCA requires 3 easy steps:

  1. Review our adoptable cats and dogs and find the pet you love, then visit him or her at our Adoption Center.
  2. Fill out our the appropriate application. We have applications available for download online for adoption of cats (PDF and MS Word formats) as well as a separate application for dog adoptions in both Wordand PDF formats.
  3. Pay the adoption fee, and walk away with your new best friend! We accept cash, check, debit and credit cards, including VISA, Master Charge, and American Express. All pets adopted from us are spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated up to the date of placement, micro-chipped, heartworm (dogs) and flea and tick protected, and come with a free month of pet insurance.
