"Passes away." What a beautiful phrase. It suggests that the person is not gone for good, but only continuing their travel in some other place.
On January 13, 2012, Precious Bryant passed away. She was 71 years old. Click on the name to read the article I wrote about her in 2010. She was born in 1942 and she was a bottleneck guitar player in the Piedmont style, a songwriter and singer. She lived in Waverly Hiall GA.
Ms. Bryant recorded three albums: Fool Me Good (2002) and The Truth (2005) , which arned her Blues Music Award Nominations., and the 2005 Music Maker Relief Foundation release My Name is Precious, which was her final recorded album.
Precious Bryant is survived by her son Tony, who carries on the musical blues tradition, her grandon, and her sister Zola.
