George W. Bush closes out Civil Rights Summit

President George W. Bush will give the final address at the week long Civil Rights Summit in Austin, Texas. Bush is back at the LBJ Presidential Library when he introduced his mother, Barbra Bush. The Civil Rights Summit has brought together Presidents Carter, Clinton, Bush and Obama commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the 1964 landmark legislation.
