George Harrison, Santana, Stones among latest inductees into Grammy Hall of Fame

George Harrison's “All Things Must Pass” was among the 27 newest inductees into the Grammy Hall of Fame, announced Dec. 3 by the Recording Academy. Besides George Harrison, the latest Hall of Famers includes music by Santana, Creedence Clearwater Revival, the Rolling Stones, Dolly Parton, U2, Sister Rosetta Tharpe and War.

According to the Recording Academy, tecordings are reviewed annually by a special member committee comprised of professionals from all branches of the recording arts, with final approval by The Recording Academy's National Board of Trustees. With the 27 new titles, the list currently totals 960 and is on display at the Grammy Museum at L.A. Live.
