Saturday, February 16th, Geoffrey's Comics is hosting an Artist Extravaganaza! Six different comic artists will be on hand signing comics, selling sketches and meeting fans. Geoffrey's is giving away lots of free stuff and having a 25% off everything sale. The event starts at 10 a.m. so don't sleep in.
So who are the artists?
He has worked on almost every major Marvel Comics character and he is fresh off the monumental, industry changing, super-sized Amazing Spider-Man #700, he is inker Victor Olazaba.
One of the top inkers in comics today, bringing a full slate of his incredible sketch art to the extravaganza, you know him from such great comics as Uncanny X-Force, Wolverine, Spawn and many more books the founder of Crimelab Studios, Danny Miki.
All the way from Los Angeles is the guy with the ideas, the maker of comics, teller of stories, inventor of toys and all around great artist Karl Alstaetter.
The creator of Flak Riot, his work has graced the pages of Peter Parker: Spider-Man, Jubilee and Tales of the Thing artist Mike O'Hare.
He has smashed with the Hulk. He has played cards with the X-Man Gambit and gone to battle with GI Joe. He is the inker extraordinaire Allen Martinez.
And from the Geoffrey's Comics original comic Captain Greedy, Geoffrey's Comics very own Acee Cruz.
These six talented artists will have the mission of signing comics, talking comics and meeting and greeting their fans this Saturday. If you don't have something for the artists to sign, Geoffrey's will give you a free comic for the artist to put their autograph on.
That is not all the free stuff though. The first 30 people in line with receive a pack of comics worth $100. Those same 30 will receive a limited Danny Miki print.
