Antipodium's creative director, Geoffrey J Finch, has recently been appointed Topshop's new creative design consultant where he will work with creative director Kate Phelan and head of design Emma Farrow.
The head of design at Topshop, Emma Farrow, is reportedly "very excited and honored to have Geoffrey join the Topshop design team. He has established such a strong identity and innovation at Antipodium, whilst creating incredibly commercial and desirable clothes. I can't wait to get his view on our trends and ideas to see where we can take Topshop in the future."
Finch will continue to work with Antipodium part-time, having started his new role earlier this week.
"I first came to London when I was 17 and have remained fascinated by the cultural melting pot that it represents; steeped in history, spiked with eccentricity and oozing with character," says Finch. "Topshop, as a great part of British culture, represents many of these qualities to me and the synergy with my own label, Antipodium, feels more than fortuitous. The objective at Antipodium has always been to create clothes that get you in and out of all sorts of trouble; it's all about personality and versatility."
