If there's one thing that the residents of Massachusetts have through thick and thin, it's their sports teams. The Bruins, Celtics, Patriots, and the Red Sox have some of the most dedicated fans in the country. Because so, it is only natural that local geocachers create caches in their honor. Many of these caches are based on specific players, a championship game, or something else team related. Often these caches also focus on team related geoswag as a reward or for trade. In the case of the Stanley Cup winning Boston Bruins, some geocaches exist in honor of the entire team.
