GenKC attracts and retains young professionals in the Kansas City region by providing them with opportunities to enhance their personal and professional skill set through a variety of networking, community involvement and professional development opportunities.

GenKC also partners with various organizations throughout the region to connect young professionals in Greater Kansas City.
Young professionals are the 20-and 30-somethings of any profession, from all parts of the area, with the common goal of getting together to create the most progressive Kansas City.
Through genKC’s events, young professionals have the advantage to meet other young professionals in the community and to interact on a level outside of the office.
