Oh how we wish!!!

Truck drivers across the country, and workers affected by these rules, will be thrilled to know that it only takes 3 days to shed the THC from your system, as many have struggled weeks to rid the last few traces from their test results.

The CPS worker also disputed the fact THC is stored in body fat; which could cause overweight people to drop positive/false positive after weight loss. She wasn't swayed by the fact people saute' Cannabis in butter to grab the THC, for brownies and many other consumables. Why saute' the herb in butter if not to release and capture the THC, via the fat molecules?

So a word of warning, educate yourself! THC is stored in body fat! A muscular body frame will shed the tell tale residue quicker, than a fleshy over-weight person; factors like strain and duration of use are also determinate.

It's possible the Genesee County CPS worker meant to say her test will show if Marijuana had been used in 3 days, but she clearly said, "It only stays with you for 3 days", and was quite firm in believing she was correct.

How Long Can Marijuana Be Detected?

"Some THC metabolites have an elimination half-life of 20 hours. However, some are stored in body fat and have a elimination half-life of 10 to 13 days. Most researchers agree that urine tests for marijuana can detect the presence of the drug in the body for up to 13 days.
However, there is anecdotal evidence that the length of time that marijuana remains in the body is affected by how often the person smokes, how much he smokes and how long he has been smoking. Regular smokers have reported positive drug test results after 45 days since last use and heavy smokers have reported positive tests 90 days after quitting"

Several years ago I called drug rehabilitation services, one in California and one in New York (thinking bigger city-more knowledge!), they were also saying THC is not stored in body fat!!! Considering the research I have personally done on this very subject... one paper in 1981 and another in 2005, I knew some of the very basic facts! More so, than the people getting paid to know this information, correctly!
