General Mills to introduce gluten-free Bisquick and Hamburger Helper summer 2010

General Mills will be debuting gluten-free Bisquick and 3 flavors of gluten-free Hamburger Helper at this year's Celiac Disease Foundation Annual Education Conference & Food Faire, which will be held in Los Angeles, Saturday, May 5th,

Once again General Mills steps up and provides the gluten-free community with a mainstream product that is gluten-free and readily available.  Registrants of the conference will be the first to taste these new items before they are introduced to the public later this summer.

My family is very excited about the position of General Mills on Gluten Free products. We continued to enjoy many of their products YET we have some concerns about the most recent release of Bisquick and the size/volume in the box. It says it makes 11 pancakes, yet for a family of 5, we have to buy 2 boxes to provide 1 sitting for breakfast. I'm sure many of you would agree once you've purchased 1 box. I feel this is deceptive and should be revisited!
