Viewers were really excited to see Donna Mills return to the cast of "General Hospital" but it didn't last for long. Now news is out that it is not the end of her time on the show which means that her character Madeline is coming back according to new spoilers. On Wednesday, Celeb Dirty Laundry shared that she showed up and left so fast it seemed like she was done, but now Donna Mills is coming back.

On May 1, she was off the show and it looked like she left her son Nathan behind to figure out how things work with his new mother that he has never known. It turned out that Dr. Obrecht is really his mom which means that Britt is his sister. Now he is trying to figure out what to do about all of this news and the mom he grew up with is gone.

Mills announced that she is coming back and was able to work things out with ABC. She shared that they do so much in one day that she can only do so many scenes and so much work but Donna Mills is coming back to "GH." Her character returning is also a big deal to the plot of things in Port Charles. Nina Clay, her daughter, is still alive and she will be played by Michelle Stafford.

ABC announced earlier this month that it was official that Michelle would be playing the part of Nina. Rumors had been flying for a bit, but it is really going to happen. Her first appearance has already aired, but they haven't really got into the fact that the character is still alive yet. This week is the Nurse's Ball so it will probably be coming soon after this part is over with and life gets back to normal in Port Charles.

Don't miss new episodes of "General Hospital" weekdays on ABC. There is not an exact return date for Donna Mills yet, but do know that she is coming back. You can easily assume she will have some big scenes with Michelle Stafford.
