'General Hospital' spoilers: Maxie announces she is getting married

Viewers of "General Hospital" have loved watching the chemistry between Maxie Jones and Nathan West. There is obviously something going on here, but for now it doesn't look like it is going to go anywhere. On Wednesday, Celeb Dirty Laundry shared a spoiler that Maxie is actually getting married and it is pretty easy to assume that it is not to Nathan.

Maxie is still with her boyfriend Levi. News is out that his visa is about to expire and of course getting married could solve all of his problems. Maxie does love him but it is obvious that they are not meant to be together forever. Now it looks like she will end up marrying him just to keep him around. This is not a good reason to get married, but it happens all the time.

This preview clip shares that it will happen this summer. Nobody knows how soon Maxie's wedding will actually happen. The clip simply says that it is good news and shows Maxie smiling and saying that she is getting married. This also might make her look more stable when it comes to getting the chance to see her daughter again. That is always a good thing.

Kristen Storms, who plays Maxie Jones, has been on her Twitter account but hasn't mentioned the wedding. She did retweet something from a fan though. This tweet said, "You know what they say Maxie, Third cop the charm!! 😍 #gh @teenystweeting." Fans loved it and were replying but some say this would be her fourth cop if you count Lucky as one.

Don't miss new episodes of "General Hospital" weekdays on ABC. The big wedding of Maxie Jones should happen this summer if she ends up going through with it. Maybe Detective Nathan West can talk her out of it and convince her to be with him instead. That is what fans would like to see happen.
