Fans adore the tall, dark, and ruggedly handsome Tyler Christopher (Nikolas, ‘GH’). Since returning to ‘General Hospital’ Christopher has brought his A game. The actor is on top of it in every scene. And the fans are loving it – as expected.

As expected, Christopher was on hand for the 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards last month.

And the man who keeps soap fans in-the-know – journalist Michael Fairman spoke with the actor on the Red Carpet.

On working with his adorable on-screen son Nicholas Bechtel (Spencer), Christopher said,

‘… We totally have fun. Our take with each other is: he does not treat me like a grumpy old dad, and I don’t treat him like a nine-year-old kid. We talk to each other on the same level. I don’t know if that means he’s really mature, or I’m like a child… I don’t know what that means.’

Whatever the reason, the chemistry between the two actors is obvious and very appealing.

Christopher said he’s open to the idea of more members of the Cassadine family coming to the soap.

‘… I have always lobbied for more Cassadines to come back on the show. Unfortunately, we did our diligence in killing them off quite hastily… and making sure they were dead, after they were already dead! But if the team wants to bring them back, I am all for it,’ Christopher told Fairman.

Fans won’t want to miss Tyler Christopher on an upcoming episode of ABC’s ‘Celebrity Wife Swap.’ The episode will air July 22 at 10pm in Detroit.

Former ‘Bold and Beautiful’ actor Ronn Moss (ex Ridge) will appear on the episode as well. Moss is a current (and original) member of the band, ‘Player.’ Fans will remember that Moss and his band appeared at the Nurses Ball this year, thanks to young Spencer Cassadine.

Christopher and Moss will ‘swap’ wives on the popular ABC reality series – don’t miss it!

‘General Hospital’ airs weekdays at 2pm on Detroit’s local ABC affiliate WXYZ Channel 7.
