When it was announced that Kelly Sullivan would not be working on “General Hospital” anymore, fans were devastated. This week fans learned that the writers killed off the character of Connie Falconeri. It all looks very cut and dry, especially because fans witnessed a very drunk A.J. swinging a gun around at Connie in her office. The actual shooting was not shown, and fans are beginning to wonder whether or not the situation is as it seems. A tweet posted August 28 by the “General Hospital” account asks; “Did A.J. kill Connie?”
While many believe that A.J. is the culprit, there are others that are weary. Connie wrote the initials “AJ” in her own blood when Sonny arrived and found her dying. Of course the assumption is that because A.J. was drinking, he made a bad choice. What about Ava Jerome? Her plan to overtake ELQ was foiled when the truth about Kiki came out, which means she has issues with Connie running the story as well. Fans all know Ava was the one responsible for Olivia being shot, which makes her more than capable of killing Connie as well.
While this is just the beginning of what is going to be a long story line, the truth will eventually come out. Tune in to “General Hospital” weekdays on ABC to stay up to date with the latest happenings.
