General Hospital” plans to celebrate its anniversary with a special Carlypalooza episode. On March 30, the official Twitter account of head writer Ron Carlivati posted a photo of the three actresses who have played Carly on the soap opera. All three of them will be making an appearance for the 51st anniversary of “General Hospital.”

Sara Brown and Tamara Braun will join Laura Wright on the show in a unique episode centered around the character of Carly. Although Wright currently plays her, Brown and Braun will have guest spots that will be related to the character. “General Hospital” is not giving away many details before April 1, but fans think there may be flashbacks and odd family relatives in the mix.

The appearance of all three Carlys on the show has earned the nickname of Carlypalooza. The current storyline of Carly learning that Sonny has shot AJ will not be ignored in the special episode, and it will probably provide a unique way to incorporate the other two Carlys into the show. Carly will also struggle to determine if she should share the news about AJ’s real shooter with Michael.

Spoilers for the April 1 episode reveal that Sonny and Carly will be thinking about their past relationships, so flashbacks will be important. However, Carly will not be the only one who is stuck remembering the past, and Felicia, Lucy, Mac and others will also be using the anniversary episode to recall previous events.
