Last week on “General Hospital”, Alice called out Tracy (Jane Elliot) regarding her scam against Michael (Chad Duell). Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) were shocked to learn that Rafe (Jimmy Deshler) was the one responsible for running Patrick’s car off the road. Nina (Michelle Stafford) continued to work Silas (Michael Easton). Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) found themselves handcuffed together and a guilt-ridden Rafe literally drove into another life-threatening situation. Here’s what to expect the week of July 7 on ‘GH.’

After the accident, both Rafe and Molly (Haley Pullos) are rushed to the hospital. Both have serious injuries but Rafe’s injury requires surgery. Patrick is faced with operating on the person responsible for killing his newborn son, but before he operates, Rafe tries to make a full confession. Is Rafe the only one behind the accident? As a result of the situation, a friction develops between Patrick and Silas. This friction may eventually involve both Sam and Nina.

Speaking of Nina, she continues to emotionally manipulate Silas and turns her attention to one of the people on her revenge list. She asks questions about Kiki (Kirsten Alderson), but who gives her the answers? Her questioning will probably lead to a long awaited showdown with the one and only Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Ava may not see Nina coming because she is busy with her own manipulation. She stages an argument with Delia (Illene Kristen) for Sonny’s benefit to make it seem as though Delia is getting under Ava’s skin. Delia is later caught snooping around Sonny’s office. How will Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) react to this latest living arrangement when she visits Sonny to talk about their relationship?

The Quartermaines are saddened by Alice’s diagnosis. Michael becomes highly suspicious of Tracy and wonders what Alice was trying to tell him before she collapsed. Alice still tries to warn Michael, but will she be stopped and by who? This may lead to an incident that finally opens Tracy’s eyes.

Elsewhere in Port Charles, Shawn (Sean Blakemore) and Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) vow to fight their attraction to each other. Julian (William deVry) is stalked by his own guilty conscience, especially after what happens to Molly. Maxie has feelings for Nathan and she is finding it hard to deny them. Lucas (Ryan Carnes) walks in on a heated argument between Brad (Parry Shen) and Felix (Marc Anthony Samuel).

Down the road: Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is forced to deal with Julian’s choices. Is her love for the mobster deep enough to look past his decisions? Jordan’s investigation heats up, but her attraction to Shawn could be a distraction. Elizabeth (Rebecca Hearst) provides a roadblock in Britt’s (Kelly Thiebaud) attempt to win back Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) and Tracy offers to help Alice in exchange for her silence.
