Last week was filled with action and hidden passion on “General Hospital.” Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) wedding took a disastrous turn when Levi’s true intentions were revealed. Robin (Kimberly McCullough) was shocked when she learned Victor has plans for Jason. Franco (Roger Howarth) got trapped in an elevator with Nina (Michelle Stafford). He wasn’t happy when she told him she saw Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) kissing. Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) made her move on Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) and Sonny made his feelings known to Carly. Here’s what to expect the week of August 18 on ‘GH.’
This week Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) returns to Port Charles. She immediately learns the truth about the night of Gabriel’s birth and Patrick (Jason Thompson) opens up to her about his interaction with Robin at the Crichton-Clark facility. Sam (Kelly Monaco) agreed to help Patrick find out the truth about the person behind Rafe’s actions. She searches for answers by going through Rafe’s things. Sam and Silas (Michael Easton) will later make a discovery.
This could be connected to the mob storyline. Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) pleads with Julian (William deVry) to tell her the identity of their boss, but he refuses. Julian discusses Luke’s plans with Ava (Maura West) and warns his sister to be very carful in her dealings with him. Ava also shares her birthday this week with her daughter Kiki (Kristen Alderson). The two share a special moment when they feel the baby kick.
Michael (Chad Duell) gets suspicious after he hears a revealing conversation between Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Alice. He takes that information to Ned (Wally Kurth). Ned may have a minor distraction and her name is Olivia (Lisa LoCicero). The two decide to go to the movies as friends.
After the wedding fiasco, a search team is formed to look for Maxie and Lulu (Emme Rylan). Some evidence found after the wedding could lead them to where Levi has taken them. This results in Levi taking drastic measures that will put Maxie and Lulu’s lives in even more danger.
A Sonny and Carly reunion appears to be on the horizon, but Carly will fight any attraction to Sonny. She does not want to get involved in another toxic relationship with him. As Franco questions her relationship with Sonny, Carly turns to her mother Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) to help her keep Franco in the dark.
Elsewhere in Port Charles, Nina continues to spend more time with Franco. Nikolas becomes torn between Britt and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). Both women have feelings for the prince and are prepared to fight for him. Franco has a talk with Morgan (Bryan Craig), Michael and Kiki about Sonny and Carly’s renewed interest in each other.
Down the road: Julian and Sonny come to a truce. Ava has a new plan on the horizon, but will it backfire? Nina gets some bad news, which may dampen her plans of revenge or make her even more determined. An unexpected connection is revealed that will make some sense of things.
