Northern Kentucky’s first state park and one of the first ten in the Commonwealth, General Butler sits on a cliff in Carrollton overlooking the confluence of the Kentucky and the Ohio Rivers.

The hilltop Butler Lodge is an attraction within itself. Each of the 53 rooms features a private balcony or patio overlooking the pool or hillside. The Two Rivers restaurant at the lodge features a bistro style dinner menu and is a popular Sunday Brunch destination. In the lobby, visitors can listen to the piano or just admire the view of the Ohio River valley.
