Gearbox Software releases SHiFT Codes to celebrate DICE award

Gearbox Software released new SHiFT Codes on their Twitter today in celebration of “Borderlands 2” winning the D.I.C.E. award for Action Game of the Year. This specific set of codes will reward any player that enters them with five golden keys instead of the usual one, so make sure to get these codes in.

The codes will be active through Feb. 10 so players have a few days to enter them. As usual they can be entered by selecting the Extras option on the main menu and then selecting SHiFT Code. The five golden keys will allow players to open a chest in Sanctuary five times, and receive rare loot tailored to their level each time. This loot is generally some of the best you can find at your level, so it is good to have.
